Okay, it's true, I was there because our new President ate there, I was jazzed and starry eyed and thought this was how I could be a part of the whole political scene, so Ben's Chili Bowl was my vehicle to an exciting historical moment in my hum-drum life. I LOVED it!!!!! Even with the cameras and overly dressed media, I couldn't get passed the deliciousness of my half-smoke chili and cheese. I was sorry to hear the owner died and only can hope that his legacy lives on.
